CEC: eCoPR received what's next for dependent in INDIA?

1) I received eCoPR under CEC waiting for PR card . Is there any way I can track the status of RP card?
2) I have dependent on my file . How will the process go for the dependent , till yet I have not received anything?
3) when will the status change to "Approved" in the main CIC website. It still says submitted.
