*** CEC - Draw 176 - PR Application Submitted - Wait Times + Further Discussion

I need an urgent answer, I got my draw through cec and i already submitted all the required documents. I am on PGWP and I want to quit my job. I also have pr support LMIA which means I got 50 points in express entry because of that. it's not a bonded lmia or on a closed work permit. I am sure i can leave my job but i want to get a professional advice before i go forward with this, please let me know.

If you leave your job, so you’re technically letting go of your job offer, right? If you check your AOR letter, you have to inform IRCC that you no longer have that job offer.

EDIT: since this is CEC draw with a low cut off score, your CRS would still be enough without the 50 points. You still have to inform IRCC though.

Did it change to "in progress" status and then changed back to "processing" status ? Or Was it in processing status from aor ?

I don’t think there will be “in progress” but only "processing, refer to this

1) if there’s a change in score, explain in LOE

2) yep, move to personal history and explain. Both reasons are fine to use. Not sure what you mean by supporting documents?

3) not sure if the medical procedures for wp and PR are the same. Try searching for old posts, there’s probably similar applicants who have done this in the past

4) follow the NOC that closely matches the duties on the work reference letter for that job, if it’s 2174, then use that. Work permit and PR applications are reviewed on their own merit.

By “supporting documents” I mean paystubs, increments, Form16, Bank statements, joining letters, relieving , etc to prove that I was fulltime employee at Emp1. Additionally, below is the summary of my work history:

Secondly, Does it make sense by modifying "To" date of Sl.No. 02 as "2021-04 "(same as Sl.No.04) and delete Sl.No.04 as it is for same emp2? But this results in overall foreign work experience +3yrs & assign 50 points.

2) the structure of your work history looks fine. If you lumped your Indian work history together it would look like you’re working both in India and Canada which would only confuse IRCC and give you points where it shouldn’t have.

Could anyone please explain? Our application status was showing: "Application updated", the application continued buffering but did not open. I closed the tab and logged in again. But this time, it showed application "submitted" and there were no changes in the application progress. We also did not get any email. Is it a ghost update?

That’s the app number. There should be an acknowledgement of receipt (AOR) letter in your messages.

Could anyone answer this, while submitting my application, I submitted online report of celpip test which I received after 4 days (the one found in the celpip account), but some are saying that I made a mistake as it should be a scanned hard copy, which is only received after request.

Issue Resolved: "Client Information-LOE" section is visible if website opens in "incognito window" .
