I was employed with A company for Client B. after a few months, Client B took me into a permanent role, and the position remains the same. My question is " is it ok if both A and B company's duties are the same?" and do we need LOE if duties are the same?

Even if the duties and responsibilities are the same, for each employment you need to have a separate ref letter.

When you say that the client hired you permanently, on which visa you were here in Canada? If you were on a closed work permit with your company A as the employer, then ideally you cant do this unless you get a new work permit with your client as the new employer.

Hi experienced members,
I have to submit reference letter for My foreign experience of India(worked until 2018 and then moved to canada) , I have a letter from HR from the Year 2019. Will that letter suffice as thats when I had deputed to canada or it has to be a latest one?

Can I remove my foreign experience and move them to personal history? after the change, my score is 421 which above the cutoff score (75).

Assuming you are applying through CEC, you can do this provided you are able to prove that you have 1 year of work experience in Canada and that your job was LMIA approved in the first place or LMIA exempt.

And also you will have to prove your 1 year experience in Canada with ref letter, employment letter, paystubs, T4 and NOA if you have and bank statements showing salary credit.

That letter will suffice provided it has everything what IRCC is looking for. Also to support it further you will have to show your employment letter, pay stubs and bank statements showing salary getting credited.

I am under open work permit. I obtain two different reference letters from A and B too. As we mentionation both duties same, will officer will treat something wrong like that. If yes, then I can include other documents plus LOE. If no issue then I will just attach just ref letters.

As long as the duties and responsibilities are genuine and it matches to your NOC it should be ok. But the officer might wonder how come the letters are exactly the same word by word..! I would amend the letter a little so that there is some resemblance but at the same time they are different.

Hello everybody. Among employment letter, is it enough to add only pay slips and T4 to prove our experience or do we also need to submit our bank statements?

Payslips and T4 are enough. But if you want to make your case strong I would attach the bank statements as well.

Hey! I am so happy to have found a thread that is so active. Therefore i will ask my question here:
1.) I had submitted my paper based application in Oct 2020. Not received AOR yet. However i got an invitation from EE. My question is would it be a problem if i withdraw my paper based application?
2.) will be counted ineligible if i withdraw?
Looking forward for some replies! Thankyou so much

Hi , Can somebody pls guide me in filling the personal history form. I'm not claiming points for my work history as there are many breaks of my employment. So I wish to mention as a homemaker. In that case, it still asks for details.
