Such a Fast turn around. Must be waiting for this and ready with all the docs upfront. Please share your experience of filling the PR forms and what sections it includes and any tricky questions and how did you answered etc. Your experience might help others here who are about to submit the Appliication

Yes, I was kind of looking forward for the invitation with all my documents ready.

In terms of the process after you get ITA is very straight forward.

You just need to click on continue which will take you to the next screen to fill in some personal questions like your travel history and all.

After answering all the questions, you will be presented to upload the documents.

After uploading all the documents 'NEXT' button will appear which will take you to the Fees section screen. There you need to put in your bank debit/credit card details and pay the fees.

Once you pay the fee, you are all done.

For example, in order to enter work history or address history, we might end up having multiple documents. Do we need to combine them into one or uploading them the individual is possible?

Letter of explanation can be in the section where it relates to. Example: You can upload a letter of explanation about your names appearing in different ways on the educational documents in the 'Education Section'.

Also, there will be an option just below your section for any optional letter to be attached. You can even add your explanation letter here. Please note that this option to upload sometimes is not present (It could be a glitch in the system). It appeared for me once and then it disappeared...lol

There wont be any section for address history.

With regards to any work history, you will have to upload the documents in 'Employment Records'. Here you can add your Ref Letter, Pay Stubs, Salary Slips, T4, Bank statements showing salary credit, etc. You will also be presented with 'Letter of Employment', here you can add your Offer letter etc.

- Police Certificate

I have got police clearance certificates some 8 months before.is that Ok to use those or do I need to apply again and get new ones

For the country where you currently live
The police certificate for the country where you currently live:

• must be issued no more than 6 months before the date you submit your application
• must not be expired

____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

For any other country
For any other country, the police certificate must be issued after the last time you stayed there for 6 months or more in a row.

Some countries put expiry dates on their police certificates. If you have a police certificate that expired, include it. We’ll accept it if:

• it was issued after the last time you stayed there for 6 months or more in a row
• it is not for the country where you currently live

An officer may ask for a new one later on.

What is the difference between a Letter of Employment vs an Offer of Employment?
Is it for the current job where we need to provide those letters or do we ned to provide it for previous jobs as well?

On Proof of Upfront Medical Exam, We need to upload the letter given by Doctor's office which is the proof the medicals completed. Is that right?

If we have two passports(one is old ) and contains a few travel stamps of the past 10 years on the old passport, do we need to attach previous passport copies too?

I guess Letter of Employment contains all the details like your work duties & Responsibilities, Salary, working hrs, etc......
Offer of Employment could be similar but in the end it will have a section where there will be your signature showing you have accepted the offer. For both current and previous jobs you need to give the details.

Yes, you can upload the letter given by your doc.

Look, I was not presented to upload the documents to prove my travel history, so I am not sure. I just attached my latest passport along with my present work permit in the 'Passport Travel Documents' section.
