Saw this in CEC Nov 2023 Aor thread someone posted just just got BILs last week, his aor was Nov 17. So if the trend is right, ircc might start crossing to the CEC Dec AORs in Feb or so.

AOR: December 15, 2023
Should be a straight-forward case: single applicant, only claiming points for age, Bachelor degree, Canadian degree from big university, perfect CLB, Canadian work experience from 1 big and reputable employer, no foreign work experience, no LMIA job offer, no PR/citizen siblings, no PNP. No PCC requested as I stayed in Canada most of the times since 18.

Still pending UCI link/BIL/MIL
