It might have been some typo as the PCC is always required in Original...So u need to Mail them...

Hi

I wanted to tell you that I sent my PCC by email instead of the paper version to the CPC Ottawa address, CIC acknowledged that they received my PCC.
Guess they are accepting by email to speed up the process.

Send them the same e-sheet for your medicals as its less than 6 months that you did medicals. Also verify if your results were successfully sent by the doctor's office.
Yes, even my ecas is showing "Medical results have been received" and I conformed with doc too and he said their was nothing wrong in medicals.

Thank You!

Then just send them the same e-sheet confirming your medicals. Also Call CIC monday morning to tell them about this. I wud suggest call around 7:50 in the morning so you get thru to an agent soon.

CIC will acknowledge anything that you send via e-mail that doesn't mean they are satisfied with the document. It's an automated message.

Did your ECAS status change? PCC is usually required in original.

one of my friend's is struggling to get an employer reference letter, as the job duties need to be written in a proper way.

can someone here help to draft a list of duties that should be mentioned in the reference letter (which cic accepts) ? please let me know and i can inbox NOC.

this will be a great help

U might be right as acknowledgement is different than approval but the message I got does not seem to be an automated one, its like someone has typed it:

Dear Applicant,

Thank you for your email. I confirm the receipt of your Indian Police Certificates for yourself and your spouse as well as your Schedule A. I have updated your file accordingly. An Officer will be in touch should we require further information on this matter.

*** Everywhere its writter "I confirm & I have updated" kinda words.

The automated message will be like : We have received ur documents and will continue processing bla bla bla...
I will post on this blog as soon as my ecas will be updated

there is an easy way, go to the government website and see how that define your title. copy and past the duties as per the website

Congratulations teb. I am really happy for you. Thanks for sharing the good news. This gives hope to the rest of us.

files are moving slow progress and different speeds for each application. that's keep telling people stay positive, but some on here enjoy the negativity, and too bad they spread it.

every application completed is one less in the queue to reach yours.

if you have any questions ask me any time

I did exactly what I told you, gave them what they wanted, I did not have to reinvent the wheel.
I chose the relevant tasks I do i did not even paraphrase them. and added few of my duties not listed.

As you see it worked for me.

I asked them if they wanted scanned copies and they said yes. It all depends on what they ask for in the email. In mine they said reply to this email with the pcc.
