just curious, is it possible for my parents in india to apply PCC on my behalf?..

ok thanks .. email print out means the pdf containing application confirmation for BOWP right?

yes.. PDF which you downloaded online from myCIC account? if yes then it should work. And also take an email from CIC asking for PCC to process your PR application that will give more weight. I would also take a print out of page from web site where it says 'You are legal to live and work in Canada on implied status state' in case if they ask you more questions right.

Yes then can.. but if you can get from Indian Consulate in Canada then that will be more valid.

Do indian consulate really do this stuff? it was posted in their site that for PCC they are referring BLS.

Hello all,

I have been in canada on my third temp visitor permit extension as my pr is in process. I just wanted to ask u how much funds do u think is enough to get another extension to stay for 5-6 months. Previously i showed substantial amount but now that im not working the bank balance has gonr down. Lol

Any suggestions as to what could be enough and not lead to a refusal?

I know the minimum to show for the first 3 months under a working holiday visa is 2500$.

After, it may be different where do you plan to live ( vancouver, BC is way more expensive than Montreal, QC ).

I do believe that 6000 $ would be good enough.

Question here is if they are going to reject to our file , why they are inviting us for medical ????

Hello Deep,

Please do not think about refusals as no process is guaranteed, remember millions of people apply for Visas and few get it. Even if someone gets refusal it might be for a very file specific reason and we all should not bother, every case is different, we should just focus on if we have provided CIC with correct info while applying and send all the info they ask, we'll be fine. Dont think of any rejections as u have equal or in fact more chances of approval than rejection. Good Luck Buddy!

August 21st applicant waiting for MR and not applied for GCMS

Guys need a suggestion; if I should stay with OLD CEC application(Aug 27th) or proceed with EE(Received ITA - 1058 points with PNP nomination)
My Work Permit expires on July 8th 2016. I have not received MR yet.
In both cases. I need to apply for BOWP, but the question is, under which method I want to apply for BOWP and is it worth to proceed with EE after waiting for 13 months and how many more months it is going to take under old cec after I get MR.

PS: PNP nomination expires in June
