CEC APPLICATION ...right for PR fee paid

Two months before I paid for the Right for PR fee from India + application status changed to DECISION MADE on November 1st week. Until now no PASSPORT CALL RECEIVED.

Online my decision was made, but after 3 weeks it turned into " in progress" again. ( oktober 2015)
I payd my PR fees already 4 months ago, after request from immigration.

I am still waiting with my family.

Inland, work permit.
came into Canada June 2013.
applied for PR February 2015.
