Called IRCC today they said eleigability passed byt criminal and secuirty have not started yet.
What does it mean and why they don't started them yet?

Same AOR however they said eleigabilty passed but criminality and secuirty havenot started yet. Which orders are the normal and why they dont start my BG yet

Maybe give it another week and try to call them back. Hopefully, there will be progress in your application.
