Hello,

Biometrics- Completed in 2019
Submitted profile- June 15, 2021
AOR- June 15, 2021
Hi all,
My current work permit will be expired by Nov 1 2021.
Do I need to go for work permit extension or Bridge Open Work Permit? Which option is better and safe if PR gets delayed? Please suggest

Here's my timeline so far:
  • ITA - Apr 27
  • Submitted application - Jun 23
  • AOR - Jun 23
I could not get an appointment to complete my upfront medical exam, so I submitted proof of scheduling an appointment. Unfortunately, the appointment is all the way out in early December. Does anyone know if IRCC will send an IMM1017 to process my file? My local doctor did mention that they would accommodate anyone who had an IMM1017 (and I mentioned this in my letter of explanation with my application).

I am June 01 and not cleared yet. They are currently processing May 27, 28.

Hi. I got my ITA on 14th Feb and AOR on 10th May but today I got rejected because the original birth certificate (of my daughter that is independent and married) was not in the color scan. Can you believe that? I only submited the translated birth certificate.

Did you also upload the photocopy of the original birth certificate that was stamped by the translator? Or you just upload the translation?

Only translated.
As far as I know they have mentioned in the website that the original document should be uploaded as well and all in color. Usually translators add a copy of the original document at the end of the translation and put their stamp and signature. You need to scan the whole package. I am so sorry for you.

Yes, I did not add all packages. Only the translated because I think they do not know my language.
