Can someone please let me know the specifications of photograph which needs to be uploaded in the portal? I received an email to confirm port and date of landing and want to be ready with photograph as soon as I receive portal credentials.

• applying for a permanent resident card, or
• if you are submitting an application for permanent residence in Canada.

Are there any specifications for uploading the picture in online portal ?
Should we actually go to shoppers and get a soft copy ?

how many days took te get Photo accepted bcoz mine is still under review.

It never changed! It still shows as In review by IRCC in the portal.

I have confirmed my email with them multiple times. I am trying to call them now to understand whats going on, this is for another applicant who I dont know... I know someone else faced similar issues on this group. Does anyone know how to resolve?

in my case i upload the same picture which i used for PR file bcoz my agent said its ok..but there are curtain specification regarding the pic on the PR portal website.I dont want you to misguide but i think you should check on the website.
