get through by pressing 2, 1, 1, 0 - most probably u might hear the we are experincing lots ofcall and calls gets disconnected. But keep on trying. Either callthem 8:00 AM est or 1M or 1 :30PM

lol, I wish it was as easy as that. Unfortunately, you have to go through all the steps. Dial the number and wait until it takes you to the next step, then dial the next one and so on. Yesterday it took me 11 calls to get transferred (from AB).

Agreed. People should only call for important updates and that way the wait times wouldn't be that long(Yesterday the shortest was 45 mins). I needed to update my address and spent like half a day trying to get through.

I agree, i think the information people call for should be made available to applicants on the portal. If you can get that information by calling an agent why dont get it by logging in to a portal

That 2, 1, 1, 0 will start once you enter/dial your application number

Hey bro my application is approved as per agent but nothing in portal yet. He just said you will soon receive copr. How did it work for you? I got 2 Gu on Monday and then one on Saturday. I called Monday they said congrats your file has been approved. My V.O is Sydney and still it is sydney. I don't know why didn't they transfer it?
