Good to know. I thought that all CEC applications will go to Ottawa office. Whether your VO is always Vancouver or is it changed recently.

I asked once and they said Vancouver. I'm just very nervous , they told me that I passed eligibility, security and medical and a decision has been made got to wait for email, I was exempted for fingerprints but I dont know how to take that is this a approval

I called them after having several anxiety attacks. She told me the decsion was approval and just wait for the copr.
