So I have worked as a Customer service manager (CSM) in walmart for 10 months part time and then was later promoted to full time dept manager and it's been 6 months now.
My question is When I have to get reference letter, should I ask for two reference letter that is one for CSM although that is not my latest position or should I just get reference letter for the current position and include in the description that I was a CSM from this date to till this date.

Just reach out to your HR and ask them for employment verification letter for PR application and they would mention everything in detail like when you joined what position you were and when you got promoted. Please also note that part time hrs are calculated as half so 10 months would be 5 months then.

Then just submit the same letter on the 2 roles

nope just criminality. Eligibility and security says not started and has been a month already since I gave my Bio Metrics
