How did you reach the agent after calling 18882422100? Now there are changed options and I was not able to reach the agent.

I have my eligibility officially passed. I called the customer service agent last week. How many of you guys have your eligibility officially passed? My v.o. is Sydney Nova Scotia and my AOR is 9th September 2020
I have mine all passed on March 19. Still waiting for the final approval. It’s this feeling that you want to celebrate but you can’t coz you don’t have the COPR, lol.
You can ask about your VO by asking IRCC agent or if you ordered GCMS notes, it will be there
