There is a huge variation on the speed of processing with some folks getting PPR in 3 months and some others taking over a year. The 6 months time frame given by IRCC includes biometrics to complete 80% of the applications. Lets hope we get the PPR soon.

Hey where did you submit your biometrics in a day after receiving BIL?
I'm in Toronto and I just used the booking website. I booked at 9am for an appointment at 5pm the same day. There was availability every day for the next week.
By the way - the office "closed" at 4pm but they have appointments available until about 7pm. The security guard has a list of biometric appointments and will let you in.

Good!, I am inland CEC candidate too, my AOR is 11 DEC 2020 and CRS is 490 as well.
Could you please tell when we get Biometric request, on the same day of MEP and what is the process of Biometric, can it be done in advance or does IRCC send some letter ?

Even I am waiting for BIL with AOR Nov 16 and MEP Dec 21

My AOR was Nov 16 and i got medical passed and BIL was issued to me on Dec 21.
I just gave my biometrics on Dec 29. My file has processed by 29 to 30%.
