For sure. I have one more question (if you're not sure, that's totally fine): when I apply for BOWP, there is a field called current country or territory of residence: there are 2 dates From and To under that. My worker status got expired on 15th June 2022 and since then I'm out of status. There is another option under status called Other. I was wondering whether I should choose worker or out of status. If out of status, would it be from 15th June till the date I apply? And if worker, will it be when I got my last work permit or first work permit in from field? And what about to field for worker status?

You can submit and it would be accepted if you didn't stay in India for 6 months after the PCC was issued.

It was quite frustrating, requested GCMS notes 2 times one in September 2021 and other in March 2022 but there wasn’t any progress in my file till that time which i came to know about after seeing GCMS notes.
Then May 2022 contacted local MP, she told that everything is done in your file they are just waiting for security clearance. MP responded really well to query and even followed up after weeks. Got a call from MP office last week as well telling me further details about application like card has been send to production.
Thats my journey, You cannot do anything except waiting. Have patience and hope everybody gets it by this month.

me. I might be going the mandamus route. My work permit is going to expire in january and my company needs to spend money again on getting it renewed.
Also i met a homeless old 70 year old crazy lady who said she worked for the IRCC for 25 years. (unrelated but it was a strange day)
