Better having files on hold till travel restrictions are opened since Copr May expire and put you in tough situation of dependents are Outland

Hi,
I called IRCC today and the agent told me that my eligibility, background and criminal record is valid. But i just got my reply for my web form and it says that my application is still in process background, criminal are valid and doesn't anything about eligibility.
I asked about eligibility specfically in the webform.

Can anyone tell, if the agent was correct about eligiblity?

It's best to order GCMS notes to be sure.

Hello,
I am with JAN 2020 AOR. I had to submit Medical Furtherance (the 2nd medical). The doctor's office today confirmed that all my medical is uploaded/submitted to e Medical.

Assuming the Visa Medical Officer, approves it:
1. how long should it take take to reflect the status of medical approved? - any rough idea.
2. If the medical is approved, then what happens next - will the COPR be sent directly to my mail OR i need to submit passport/ landing etc.?

For Reference Below is my GCMS notes:

Assessment

Eligibility: Passed
Security: blank
HIRV: blank
Criminality: Passed
Org Crime: blank
Medical: In Progress
Misrepresentation: blank
Info Sharing: Complete
Other reqs: Cancelled
Final: blank

----
the online application shows everything in progress though.

I dont think my medical expired.. I believe the medical is good for 12 months.
I was asked by them to under go additional medical tests.
