Hi, did you get any reason for rejection? I think they have rejected because of the CEC EE application as dependent. I heard from people that they don't entertain visitor visa while they are in any other immigration application.
In either case, there is no harm in letting them know via webform.

Same common reason "not satisfied you will leave Canada based on home relation and purpose of travel" ....

Medical Passed : Sept 2nd

Biometrics : Oct 2nd- Biometrics updated, November 15th Biometrics Refund Request Initiated, After that: “We Do not required your biometrics”.

Approval : December 9
Portal Email Request : December 9
Credential Received: December 10
ECoPR : December 11

How did you know it is passed, call to IRCC or GCMS note? I remember somebody suggested writing a message to the portal email address to mention this situation, if it takes too long.
