This happened to me. Right now its on the same status after I have submitted my ADR.

Biometrics letter September 21nd
Eleigibility We are reviewing
Medical pass septemeber 22nd
No additional documents
Interview not need it
Biometrics i took them on september 22nd but it shows as we have not receive yuour finfer prints
Background check "we are processing your background check"

First email- September 23- we updated your application status/Your application status change- when I opened I did not noticed changes as I do not know what are the initial status message but here is what show in my status
MEDICAL-"You do not need medical"- I do not remember what is the original status when I created my application.
BIOMETRICS-"You do not need fingerprints"
November 2- the generic email everyone received- " we are still working on your application"
Please senior analyze my application. I will be 3 months on November 23,2021.

Have you provided the upfront medical or used old medical with the application? There should have been a message in your account which explains what happened? especially if your medicals are passed or not and they might have provided the biometrics request letter if you haven't provided your biometrics earlier. when did you provide your biometrics? are you single applicant or you have dependents? Inland or Outland?
This happened to me as well. I did my biometrics on September 8 but Biometrics status was showing “we have not received your biometrics please check the message below for biometrics instructions.”
I waited for 2 months and later noticed IRCC no on BIL and Biometrics receipt was not same so I got my biometrics done again on November 9 and got updated same day.

I did upfront medical done this year. This is my second application as first wa ms rejected due to incomplete document.
My biometrics was done during my application of work permit
Then don’t worry, it will get updated soon on the application.
This is 2nd time for me as well. Mine was sent back too as incomplete, what was your reason?
