Hopefully but nowadays they are delaying the applications a lot. It has crossed 7 months already.
Congrats. My VO is also Vancouver, saw a ghost update last week, still no update.
I'm sure you'll get it in no time. Seems like Vancouver office is speeding up.
After you will be welcomed to another waiting game - IRCC Portal lol.
Thanks bud! That GU might be for passing of eligibility.
After that it takes Vancouver office around 2 weeks to make the final decision. (based on my own experience)

I have question regarding my GCMS notes.
We had a GU on Aug 10. Called IRCC and the agent said criminality is passed.
I received my notes that were generated on July 07, the first page says criminality is in progress!
The following pages state criminality is passed.
I called IRCC again and the agent said criminality is in progress.
I don't know which one is right! Criminality passed or not?
I suppose this is the reason that our security does not start. Maybe the officer did not finalize the criminality stage?

GCMS application date 27 th July. Received today. Didn't count. I guess processed in 80 days or something !

Eligibility: Not started
Security: Not started.
Criminality: In progress.
Medical: Passed (3th March)
Info sharing: Complete
AOR: 16th Feb.

I have an ongoing PR app under CEC and recently got married. I have already advised IRCC with the marital changes and we have uploaded all necessary documents including biometrics and medical. My husband's passport is expiring on January 2022 and just renewed his passport last month, we were told it will take 3 months for the renewal. Latest status on my application according to my GCMS note is Recommended passed, that is before I added my husband. Now my question is how would this affect our application?

Additional Document (RCMP) Submitted: April 15, 2021
No Update Since
Applied for GCMS notes twice no update
Filled out IRCC forms for update got a generic reply, that they won't be able to provide update due to other priorities
Any ideas on what can be done ??
