Do you already have 1y of Canadian experience? Are you claiming points for your current employment? If not, your current job is not really important, just let IRCC know that your situation has changed and that's it.
Thanks for your reply. I gave experience to ircc from 2019-2020. This year I didn’t even include and I submitted application on 19 feb.
I just got paystubs and experience letter for the previous year from this employer.

the lock-in date of your job experience would be the date you submit your application. IRCC don't necessarily mind what you do after that lock-in date. However, they might do a background check with your employer so keep that in mind
Thanks for your reply. Can he do anything regarding the background check? Because I had given paystubs for previous year and experience letter as well.

in my case, they asked me to confirm my current employment or if i had left my job. You don't need to be currently employed for CEC and there is no fund requirement.
In some rare cases, they would contact the employers you claim you worked for as part of the eligibility check. Do you know if your eligibility has passed yet?

My eligibility just started on 12 July and still it’s in process.

Hey guys, does anyone know if, when contacting a local MP, it has to be the one of your riding? As you may already know my file is now stuck at Hamilton VO since final approval, and I’ve heard of a MP there who helped several members of my community when they reached out, but they were all in his riding. I’m not sure if legally he could help if I live outside of his riding...

Once an agent picks up your file, everything is done in a couple hours. I’ve seen the dates and times in my note... So it’s more a matter of luck than real hard work...

I dont think MPs can us in this matter. All they can do is get update on your status. They dont have power to accelerate decision on your application.

Sometimes, it’s enough if they ask for a status update and somebody has to pick up your file that was forgotten somewhere :) I’m not expecting a real help (but who knows...), but just some pressure from someone with authority would be enough :)

I agree with you. For my PGWP extension, last week they opened my spouse file and sent email they received the additional document requested, in 2hrs the whole process was approved and document sent.

Exactly, in my case everything was done between 8.07am and 11.53am on June 30th. Altogether with a review required because my wife had a previous TRV refusal. Immediately after the review was done, the conclusion was: “No concerns”, and then “I am satisfied bla bla blah... Application approved”.
