Hi!
Just a quick question, does foreign work experience have to be skilled to claim the points for skill transferability factors? I have lots of foreign work exp but it's not under the same NOC as I completed my 1 year Canadian sikilled exp nor it is considered skilled in Canada according to NOC matrix. Thank you!

Hi,

i would suggest to mention all the experience you have from outside Canada, just make sure you find the right NOC code for the jobs and it's not part-time while studying.

Thanks for your input. Anyone else?
Basically what I'm trying to say is can I claim foreign work experience points for CEC Express entry under skill transferability factors if the jobs I was doing weren't skilled under Canadian NOC matrix.

Thank you!

no, you can't claim points for work gained abroad if the work wasn't skilled. Make sure to mention it in the personal history section post ITA

You can get CRS score for all three years but your eligibility (67/100) will be assessed as per your primary NOC
