CEC - Additional document - Sibling Proof

Hi everyone,

CIC just send a request that I need to resubmit the sibling proof which includes a latest rental agreement. However, my brother actually owned the house so the question is what alternative document should I provide?

so no rental agreement for him huh . just submit a land title certificate if he owns the property.
