Dear ATIP Coordinator:

Pursuant to the Privacy Act, R.S.C. 1985 c. P-21, i seek access to and copies of traveler history for myself.

I am permanent resident of Canada currently present in Canada. I wish to receive copies of the records and request to examine the information as-is i do not require translation.

To assist with your search for these records, I am providing the following additional information about myself:

Full Name: ******
Date Birth: ******
Gender: ******
Country of Citizenship: *****
Travel Document Type: Passport
Travel Document Number: ******
Permanent Resident ID number: ******
I authorize and consent to the disclosure of my personal information to myself.

_________________________(Signature)--Very important to sign this doc
Dated: ******* (Also a MUST)
Your Address *****
Your Contact: *****
Work No: ******

Can I email them the request? I cross borders every week. Is it possible that I ask the border people to give me this in person? Please advise.

Thank You

In the citizenship application don't you give consent for them to get the CBSA records? So why would you need to send them as well?

just to keep a record and also mail them a copy just in case. you know they are slow..

I am not sure if they provide reports in person, but you can fax them the request and they respond via
mail

I am in the process of getting all the paper work for the citizen application, have a question abuot this report.

Should I send this report along with my application or this is required when you appear for the interview.

Also, can I get the report only for the last 4 years which is may be required by them? and any one who alreay got this report, what is in that report? Entry Date and Exit date (I am wondering how they get the Exit date)????

Appreciate any replies....

@habibmanzoor75:

If you haven't applied yet, it is highly likely that you have the most recent form and it asks for your authorization to check your CBSA records on your behalf. If you would answer "Yes" for that then I would not care much about getting a separate CBSA report. Let the two govenrment guys talk with each other. In case if you would want to choose "No", then you need this report separately and also expect an operational delay. Hope this helps!

I will do that to avoid any confusions...

But the other part of my questions was, what is the content of that report? just the entry dates and location?
