My PR is expiring in coming month. I am preparing to apply for urgent processing for family affairs that require urgent attention for 2-3 months. I request CBSA entry report to ensure of in/out dates of Canada, however, the report had only entry dates but not exit dates ! I never travelled to US but had travelled 7 times over last five years to my home country
My question : why CBSA report doest have Exit dates ?? Aren't they recording that ?
Should I fill dates in line of CBSA report only ??

One last question, does CIC performs more residency checking for request to get PR Travel Document versus PR Renewal . I might need to travel if my PR was renewed within two month

You need to report your travel truthfully. Not all travel appears on the entry reports - however assume CIC can see everything. Yes - assume there are records of every single exit.

Note that if your "family affairs" don't involve the serious illness or death of a family member, then your request for urgent processing will probably be ignored.

You will also show photocopy of all passport pages so stamps showing entries to other countries will be seen.

Thanks for your response
In fact I want to list correct travel history dates, this why I requested CBSA report .

I think The PR Renew document guide doesn't mentions to photocopy all passport pages

It doesn't matter, the more proof you can provide to back up dates you are putting on the renewal form, the better. Passport stamps are another way to show entry/exits not just with Canada but other countries as well.
