Too funny now (it wasn't that funny when it also happened to me!!). I was in the exact same boat. Agent refused my application despite employer indicating on the reference letter that I qualified for the NOC, but agent didn't feel the same way, and just denied it without even picking up the phone to call the president of the company to verify. Phone number clearly on the letter! So I'm out the door because of their lack of proper due diligence. Didn't bother with court since it would take too long and cost too much...going sponsorship route instead...at least I had a choice, while others may not.dozel said:
