Talk to your primary physician. S/He can submit a request and you would have to be in a queue. I am just not aware if you can go to a private diagnostic clinic and ask to have it but you would have to foot the bill.
I am guessing that if you have been in Canada a short while, you entered with the medical condition that now prompts you to ask for an (expensive) CAT Scan. If so, this might raise a few eyebrows at CIC.
