Case Specifiq Enquiry on Saturday and Sunday

Dear forum members,
I sent CSE on Saturday and did not receive any confirmation email (automated reply) within 24 hours, according to instructions from their web site if we do not receive any confirmation automated reply within 24 hours it means something is wrong ,maybe for example email address etc, so I sent another CSE on Sunday and made sure that my email address is correct but did not receive any confirmation again Now I am not sure, do they shut their service during Saturday and Sunday or something is wrong from my side or will l receive automated reply on Monday or these automated replies have been stopped these days? Has any one sent CSE on Sat or Sun and did not receive this automated reply?

From my experience, if you sent them "email" then there is no automated reply
If you send your inquiry through webform, then there is an automated reply
In the first case, this is normal, as there used to be no reply for me every time
I sent them emails, max they take 3 weeks to reply to emails
so if you sent email, just wait, they will reply

Thanks for replying ItsBeenLongNow, sorry I think I did not mention it clearly, I sent inquiry through webform from London VO web site, not a direct email. What do you think in this case now?

I think saturdays and sundays have got nothing to do with the automated reply as its a system generated reply and also comes on weekends....

and secondly in my opinion if you havent got an automated acknowledgment, you might hear a good news instead.....keep us posted

From my experience,it means all is well with your file and u are about to receive a good news probably your PPR mail.congrats ahead!!

I think saturdays and sundays have got nothing to do with the automated reply as its a system generated reply and also comes on weekends....

Yes! Off course but nothing,very strange, I think I will wait 2 weeks and then resend.
