AOR received on 13 Dec 17 and My Application is cancelled on 20 Dec 17.Still we not receive any pdf file or message for the reason of cancellation. We raised an enquiry to CIC. Anyway planning to create a new profile on today. We don’t know what is the reason.

There is a section in the CSE to upload additional documents. You can try submitting your documents as well as attempt to call the contact center.

They do update the application with additional docs. My husband got a new passport after PR application submission and they updated his passport on the file without any issues. CIC will not stamp the COPR on a passport they do not have on file.

Hi. Please did he also attach a LoE? Or just the bio data page alone?

Good day everyone,

I received my Immigrant Visa few days ago and i discovered that the date of birth on my COPR is different from my original date of birth on my passport. i immediately sent an email to ACCRAIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca which i am yet to get a tangible response from them, however, my days are running fast as my visa will expire in few months.

Anyone with useful information on how to handle this anomaly please?
