Case Spec. Enquiry - New Delhi temporarily down - How to enquire???

Hello Guys,

My parents submitted there supervisa application on July 18 2014 and got their medicals done on August 1 2014. 2 weeks have passed post medicals done but there is not information so far and the VFS status check shows application is in progress.

The average time it takes to process the visa from New Delhi visa office is 12 days as per the cic website.

Now if i want to make an enquiry on my parents' application i am unable to do as the case specific enquiry is down due to technical issues. Please suggest if there is any other way to make an enquiry?

Processing times means "average processing time of 80% of the applications". So 12 days is not written in stone and if it says "In Progress" welll you will get a generic "in process" answer. Give them at least 20 days.

But its already over a month that my parents applied and already 20 days post medicals done. Is there a way other than case specific enquiry that we can enquire?

Do a general inquiry giving all the details of your case:
