Case officer access

Can a registered Immigration consultant have direct access to case officer? Can they able to talk to them directly that we cannot have access normally? CIC call center have limited information to express. Thank you.

Could you please suggest who is better to hire Immigration Consultants or Immigration Lawyers? or one can file the case on there own?

Immigration Consultant or immigration lawyers have no power to speak with inside immigration people. they call the same call center and gets the same answer which an applicant without a representative will get. most of the applicants submit their applications without a representative and if you choose to submit your application on your own you can do it and it is as easy as filling your personal data and gathering your documents. the internet age has now made everything more easier as you can ask others or read guidlines from CIC website incase you get confused or stuck while filling up your application forms. the rule of thumb is learn from other people experiences here, do a little research and you are good to submit your application package.
