Hi Guys,
I am in for carleton university. I got offer from carleton university (MEng. September 2014) yesterday only.

Guys I need your help! i want to apply for visa asap please advice:

1. is it mandatory to pay first sem fee before applying for visa? Can i first apply for visa and then pay the fees?

2. does carleton university sends acceptance letter through snail mail? I can download Offer of Admission and International Students Letter through carleton central account, can printout of these be used for visa application?

3. If I am unable to get visa on time is it possible to defer my admit to winter 2015 session?
