So that mean your husband applied wp while he has visitor visa? Right? I have my implied status now my initial wp expired last March 25,2021. Submitted my HCCP open wp and PR app and received by January 06,2021 but still now only temp AOR. I’m still working in the same employer.

No my husband is in India and I was applied in 2019 as a child care on the lmia basis and now on 21st of October my child care work permit is going to expire and I applied my open work permit ,husband’s file and pr together in hccp which is received on 7 January 2021 and after temp number no update.Can you please reply me that they send any email to you regarding maintained status/implied status?

No they don’t send any email saying we are in implied status as it say in the program if we don’t change the employer can continue work as the terms and conditions in previous work permit.

I am April 2021 applicant. As I have heared from this group that application submitted after 20th April 2021 has been returning back by IRCC, should I perpare documents for 2022. One think is considrable that I have not received any intimation by IRCC regarding return back of my file.

Hi if on envelope your consultant put there own address so ircc will return file to that address. so you may double check with them before next step.

When exactly your application was received by CPC Edmonton?

Temporary AOR (UCI starts in T and File Number starts in E) - May 13, 2021
Another exactly same Temporary AOR Received - July 13, 2021

Does anybody received the same AOR again?

hi, we have the same timeline, same temporary AOR beginning letter; file number also starts with E. Emailed IRCC and got a response that papers are still on queue for assessment. Well, I guess all we have to do is wait.

They are processing Inside and Outside applicants of 2020 and Inside applicants of 2021.
