Caregiver case for old person

I have submitted my file online Canada as a caregiver on 8 june.i have done my biomatrics at 26 june.but after that I couldn't any reply regarding my life .when t try to track my file then I don't get anything .my file is not track why ???? Now how many days will embassy take to give rply ..,? Please tell me
