Card expiry date in fee payment form - wrong!

Gurus,
I don't know how I did it - guess was stressed out after gathering all those papers. Still, my card expires on 03/2016, and I put in the fee payment form 3_/2016 as expiry date. Should be 03/2016 or at least _3/2016, I know ). Pretty stupid. Any thoughts? Will go through or will try and reject? Well, it's pretty obvious what date is correct but still...

It's totally upto your luck. But I think you should be alright because the staff would realize that there is a extra _

Not a problem. 3 can only mean March.
