Currently i pay about 70$ for car insurance in USA. How much is the car insurance in canada? Is it really around 400$. Does the USA driving history work in canada making it eligible for lower car insurance

Is that per month? If so, prepare yourself for a nasty surprise... For a newcomer, it could easily be 400 per month, or more.

For GTA, avoid peel region. Insurance is high in these region considered as high risk.
