Arrima is guaranteed delivery as MIFI has history of losing postal documents (5% of total in a year according to their own admission). Risk not worth taking.

but sir, my agent said that through Arrima it will take 3weeks for the process and by speed post it wll take a week...so i had this doubt ..which is faster for the process
