Is there any ways I can keep track how many applicants per NOC? I am afraid when I apply, the number of applicant is already pas the cap level

Beside that there is no way and is it not updated since 23rd Dec, 2013. There no other way to check. :

Do you think if I submit my application end of February under NOC: 1215, will it reach the CAP already?

I am anxious because of the CAP level per NOC instead of oveall

No way. I am going to submit it onFebruary 28th. So good luck and don't forget to add yourself in FEB 2014 time sheet.
