How we will know if they reach the cap.
i didn't send till know but i feel it is late

There are only two ways of finding out if they reached the cap for a particular NOC:
1) If CIC advertise this on their website
2) If we get reports from members who have had their applications rejected because the cap has been reached.

Until then, all we can do is guess.
