I am going crazy trying to re-create my Express entry profile but not able to understand why I get Profile Ineligible

Language: IELTS Speaking:7.5, Writing:8, Listening and Reading: 8.5 which should give my CLB level 10. Got results yesterday. (points: 24)
Education : Masters (submitted ECA from WES) (points: 23)
Work Experience: 5 years of continuous work in NOC 2161 (which is Skill A) - (points: at least 11)
Age: 30 (points : 12)
Funds bringing to Canada: 50,000

I also have a spouse with Master (ECA verified) and 5 years of work experience but she has not taken the English test.

Total: (at least 70 points)

I have double checked each field and re-created profile 3 times now but I am still not able to understand why I keep getting Profile Ineligible.

Am I missing anything obvious? Any help would be appreciated.
 
What did you select for this question:

Was more than half the study program English or French as a second language?
 
I do not see this question under any section.

Can X communicate in English and/or French? To which I replied English.

Probably a temporary glitch. I have seen similar issues posted in this forum.

Yes, you're probably answering the question a question incorrectly. Read everything carefully or post each answer here and let's see. Also, re-creating your profile? What happened to the old one?

Interesting. I created 3 profiles all on the same day. All 3 of them show as profile ineligible. Do you think when the glitch fixes, should I expect these profiles to fix or should I try again?

It's almost certainly not a glitch. You've answered one or more question incorrectly in your profile. If you can't figure out what you have answered incorrectly, then you may have to post the full list of questions here from your EE profile with your response to each.
 
Finally I tried to follow through a step by step profile entry video on Youtube and found a very silly but grave mistake. For my college degree instead of saying Certificate or Degree awarded, I was selected "In good standing but degree not awarded". In hurry, I was focusing on the first 3 words and kept selecting the wrong answer 3 times.

Profile accepted and hoping to get an invite soon. Thanks for the support!
