Hi

For almost a week now I have had all the required documents to apply, however I haven't been able to send it in on CIC's website because I can't sign the application document. Basically I can't print, sign and scan the document as it can't read the document when it's been scanned, but I can't sign it digitally either as the document doesn't allow tampering. I have talked to the IT-technichian at work but he doesn't know what I should do either so I'm at a loss! I have e-mailed the CIC but haven't had a reply and I've tried to ask the embasseys but they refuse to help with things relating to CIC. My initial plan was to leave next week so I'm getting desperate. Please help me if you know how to solve this problem!
 
if you scan the documents, it will come out as pdf file...can't you download pdf file in the online application?
 
make sure adobe is up to date.
 
i encounter this problem when i use my iPad...so make sure you are using a "regular" computer (desktop or laptop) and try to update your adobe software as well...c",)
