Can't put "Whomsoever it may concern", assistance required in putting the correct mailing address.

Hello everyone,

I have received a NOI from Ontario and am currently trying to gather the necessary documents.

I am a bit suck in employment reference letter as my employer won't put "To Whosoever it may concern" and is rather asking me to provide the name and address of the concerned party.I plan on to take two reference letters -directed each to OINP and IRCC - and would therefore appreciate assistance in putting the correct address.

Again, the intention is to not send a hard copy of the letter but to provide details that can be put up on my reference letters.


I plan on to give the below address for OINP (taken from WES). Can something similar be provided for IRCC?

What address you provide here will not matter. You can just mention 'ircc for immigration' given you are able to insert something in reference letter. Just ensure rest of the details are as expected.
