Can't login

Hello everyone!
I just got an email today saying I was approved to sponsor my Danish husband....YAY!!!! However when trying to login to check application status with the UCI number given in the email, I was unable to login on the page where it ask for my UCI, name, date of birth and place of birth
Please let me know if anyone else has experienced difficulties and what I can do...

Congratulations!

It usually takes at least a few days for e-case to reflect updates to a file so it probably doesn't recognize the UCI number yet. Give it a few days, and don't be surprised if it first shows simply as 'application received' and takes an extra few days to reflect the sponsorship approval status.

congratulations, that's great to hear!

Indeed a few days - and also, remember to only put the last name ( no first name, no initial etc) - otherwise it won't work.
Welcome to the second stage - London VO! I've been waiting there for 6 weeks now and nothing new, but well, that's a bit early I suppose! the VO has been really quiet the last few weeks, hope it picks up after summer holidays...

There is a Dash (-) in your uci number when you entering it so if your uci number is 11111111 when you enterng it in the cic site enter it like this 1111-1111. I took me a few weeks to figure it out

It should also work if you input it without the dashes
