Can't Extend Work Permit Online Urgent Please

[What to do?]

Hi,
Please does anyone have problems extending Work Permits online?
I haven't received an ITA yet for the Express Entry and my work permit is expiring soon so i want to extend it.
I can fill the questionnaire but the system keeps throwing me out saying:
Online services are down or Technical Problems with the site.
Has anyone experienced this or resolved this somehow?

You can apply by paper. Or try to call cic.gc.ca they will tell you what to do esp if there is a technical problem

Only problem is applying by paper takes 177 days and applying online 26 days- approximately.
My Permit would have expired before the end of the 177 days is the only problem i have right now.
Thanks though.
Pls anyone who has been able go past the questionnaire level while filling online?

What browser are you using? Try to clear cache of the browser. If possible clear all history. Try to use Firefox.
