Can't create an account!!!

I am failing to create an account to apply online. I am able to create a GC key. After I create GC key it is not directing me further to create an account with details of my name and email. Every time I click continue after GC key hint questions it takes me back to CIC website.
Where am I going wrong?
I am very stressed and running out of time.
Please help!

What browser are you using?, what operating system (OS)?, have you tried going into private mode/incognito mode ?

You can try a couple of things.

1. Disable any ad blocking software
2. Try Safari instead of chrome
3. Try incognito mode in google chrome
