Hi,
My wife (Sponsor) received AOR on Feb 16. And I (Principal applicant) received medical request on Feb 17.
It has been over 72 hours and both of are unable to create an account through the PR portal.
We've tried every possible combination possible.
Is it normal, I thought 72 hours is the max time frame.
Please advise
