Can't book a G test after G1 having experience abroad, where do I go?

So I already had a license in my home country and I passed a G1 here back in 2019. I was going to get a full G back then but the pandemic hit and I wasn't able to focus on that.
Now I wanted to finally move forward with it, but I see that I cannot book a G road test directly. I have papers from the consulate certifying my license.
My question is, what do I do in the test centre? Can I go to the one dealing with booking road test or do I need to go through the long lines of people waiting for their G1s? If they book me a G test, can I change it online myself to seek an earlier date or look at other test centres?

I have papers from the consulate certifying my license.

Did you present these when you applied for your G1? I did, and I had the option to book a full G test online right away after getting my G1 license details, and so did everyone I know in the same situation.

If you did not, then you would have to go to a DriveTest centre to rectify it.
