I have been in Canada for 6 years and received a 3 study permits. I am on a work permit now and trying to get my PR. The problem is I cannot find my old study permit to add to my PR application (International graduate stream) I have every other document but missing this. I reached out to my college but of course they do not have a record of my files. I also looked in all my emails for attachments sent and received but still could not locate it. The only thing I have is the confirmation document with the application number, UCI and document number.
What can I do? Is there an IRCC number for me to call? Do I apply for a VOS in this case?
