Cannot buy 2 way courier service (VFS New york) from TTservices, getting error

Hello All,

I am not able to buy 2 courier service from TTservices website to send my passport to VFS NYC office.

Has anybody recently sent passport using own courier service instead of purchasing from VFS ?
